These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the KeyTradesman website and platform operated by KeyTradesman LLC, a Colorado limited liability company. By accessing or using keytradesman.com, you agree to these Terms.
1. Who These Terms Apply To
These Terms apply to all visitors and users of keytradesman.com, including homeowners submitting project requests and contractors accessing the platform. Homeowners are also subject to the Homeowner Terms of Service. Contractors are also subject to the Contractor Agreement. In the event of conflict, the more specific agreement controls.
2. Platform Use
The KeyTradesman platform is provided for the purpose of connecting homeowners with local home services contractors. You agree not to: use the platform in violation of applicable law, attempt unauthorized access to any part of the platform, scrape or harvest data, introduce malware or malicious code, interfere with platform operation, or impersonate any person or entity.
3. Intellectual Property
All content on keytradesman.com, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of KeyTradesman LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.
4. Disclaimer
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. KEYTRADESMAN DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.
5. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, KEYTRADESMAN SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED $100.
6. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless KeyTradesman LLC and its members, officers, and agents from any claim, damage, or expense (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the platform or violation of these Terms.

Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy at keytradesman.com/privacy, incorporated herein by reference.
8. Third-Party Services
The platform uses third-party services including Stripe, Twilio, and Google. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
9. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify the platform or these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict of law principles.
